I’ve been obsessed with vertical striped pants since this summer…and it basically still feels like summer in Los Angeles. The only season I really miss while living in California is fall. Most of my family is on the east coast, and I travel there for work. Nothing is like fall on the east coast. The colors of the trees, the feel of the cool air, and the crisp smell. Hopefully the weather in LA will cool down soon. I am so ready for sweater weather!
The pants I’m wearing are called Striped Tie Pants by Mara Hoffman. I love how Mara Hoffman takes these seemingly simple pieces and adds vibrant colors and interesting patterns that takes them to a whole new level. For cooler weather, these pants would look SO cute with a chunky white sweater. I rented the pants via Rent the Runway Unlimited.
Rent the Runway has just stepped up their game! Yesterday they added a new method of rental called RTR Update. With the RTR Update you pay $89/month and get to rent four pieces per month. After the month you ship back the items and get to select four new ones for the next month.
I’ve been using the Unlimited RTR option for about three months. Unlimited allows me to exchange pieces as frequently as I want! RTR pays for shipping, so the only cost is the monthly fee. Up until yesterday I was able to have three pieces at home at one time, and now they’ve changed it to allow a fourth piece at home! Rent the Runway has completely transformed my wardrobe, and I definitely recommend trying out the unlimited rental program.
The top is a bodysuit from Free People called the Move Along Bodysuit in Ivory. It’s incredibly comfortable and only $30!
The glasses are Ray Ban’s Round Flash Lens in Gold Green.
The red tassel earrings are from Bauble Bar. Bauble Bar no longer has the exact style I am wearing, however they have the Gabriela Stud Tassel which is very similar.
