I’m wearing a romper from Lioness, which is a super cute Australian brand. Don’t let the prices scare you, the prices are listed in AUD. The USD to AUD is currently about 0.75 conversion rate, so the prices are actually pretty reasonable. The shipping cost to the US is the only issue; $25 AUD or free standard shipping for $125AUD~ $94 USD. Occasionally Lioness does promos for free international shipping. Otherwise you can get the Lioness brand at Revolve, but there is a mark up on the price and the selection is a bit more limited.
Buying from AU brands has a few perks. The prints are always AMAZING! The seasons in Australia are different from the United States because it is in the southern hemisphere. AU seasons:
- Summer: December to February
- Autumn: March to May
- Winter: June to August
- Spring: September to November
This means that the sales they have to get rid of their summer clothes for the winter, are just in time for our summer in the US! Also, the prices are usually pretty reasonable.
